Strength Calculator

This is a rudimentary strength calculator to determine both how well BMI represents your physique as well as how one can improve their general physical health. With cardiovascular disease being the leading cause of death for men and women of most racial and ethnic groups, both cardiovascular and strength training are crucial to a healthy body.

Many people confuse athleticism for health. For example, sumo wrestlers undergo strenuous physical training to prepare for competition. However, their diet and size are not healthy. We must separate the ability to perform physical feats with general health.

The exercises included in this strength test were chosen due to their relation to cardiovascular health and body-weight control.

Exercise Programs

We have built a few programs for people starting out in the exercise space; some require equipment, some don’t. As mentioned above, these programs are designed to improve general health through focus on the systems most susceptible to deterioration in today’s world. Click on the headers below to access each program!

Our bodyweight program provides full workouts for newcomers to fitness all the way up to seasoned athletes. The goal of this program is to offer ways of staying fit without the financial obligation of buying equipment or time requirement of leaving your home. Included are cardio and weight-based exercises to build control of your own body.

Our limited equipment program is an extension of our bodyweight program; finances should not determine the quality of your exercise. This program includes dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and a resistance band. We maintain our previous goal of controlling your own body while giving more opportunity to build as you progress.
